Goal: Expand the use of HIFIS to 45 organizations and programs as part of a Coordinated Access System
The initial goal was to have 45 organizations/programs using HIFIS by 2025.
As the community serving the homeless population works toward becoming part of the Coordinated Access system, the number of organizations/programs will continue to increase.
In Year 1 of the 5-year plan (Jan 1/2020 to Dec 31/2020), HIFIS Shared Services (HSS) partnered with six new organizations in adopting HIFIS, which effectively doubled the participation from the baseline year to 12 organizations. By the end of the 2nd Quarter in 2023 this number nearly doubled again such that there were 23 organizations in HIFIS4.
