Operating toward a shared vision of Coordinated Access and guided by the Reaching Home directive to implement a Coordinated Access system in Winnipeg, the Coordinated Access Council is a group of people, representing various sectors and stakeholder groups, who are committed to working in collaboration and cooperation to guide and promote a common vision for the goal to end homelessness in Winnipeg.
