Perry Goddard is the Senior Director of Reaching Home and Homelessness Initiatives and joins End Homelessness Winnipeg with over three decades of experience in community housing development, policy development and grants administration. This work has included delivery of Housing First for vulnerable populations in Toronto; design and delivery of community-based housing in partnership with First Nations communities in Alberta and Northwest Territories; and, regional coordination of housing improvement grants for the Ontario Metis and Aboriginal Association in Northeast Ontario. Within Winnipeg this work has included youth work and gang prevention with Boys and Girls Clubs of Winnipeg, administration of Winnipeg Development Agreement funds in partnership with the City of Winnipeg and Winnipeg Housing Rehabilitation Corporation, community facilitation for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Manager of Transition Services for the Main Street Project, Project Officer and Manager of Neighbourhoods Alive! and Senior Policy Analyst on homelessness within Manitoba Housing.
