If you venture outdoors in these conditions, please keep an eye out for others who may be at risk due to the weather. Know how to recognize and respond to signs of frostbite or hypothermia; and know how to access critical services like mobile outreach, shelters, safe spaces, drop-ins and meals. There is a housing crisis in Manitoba. What leadership is government offering? This is the question being posed by the Hope for Housing event on April 21. Join Provincial Minister of Families Rochelle Squires and Winnipeg South MP Terry Duguid along with City of Winnipeg Councillor Markus Chambers (St. Norbert – Seine River) at a local housing forum on Thursday, April 21 at 7pm at the United Church of Meadowood, 1111 Dakota Street.
